Home Fitness Workout

Home Fitness Workout

When you’re overweight going to the gym can be a daunting task. It is embarrassing at times to walk into a gym at a hefty weight and all you see is toned bodies or ripped six pack abs staring back at you. It is scary and it turns overweight people away from the gym and over to the drive-thru on their way home. I know I have been there that is why I turned to a home fitness workout.

When I was on my weight loss journey the economy wasn’t in shambles as it is now however money was still tight. I didn’t really have the money to spend on a gym membership that I knew I wasn’t going to follow through with at least not at the weight I was at due to embarrassment. I didn’t have the money to hire a home personal trainer however I knew the only way to get rid of the belly fat was to eat right and move my body more. I knew I needed some sort of in home fitness program.

I started doing research to find the best diet and fitness information out there. I was looking for a total package of a balanced nutritional diet and a home fitness program designed to get me in shape and reduce belly fat fast. Like I said before I really didn’t have the money so I wanted a total package of diet and fitness and I wanted it for a reasonable price.

After extensive research I narrowed my results down to three options. All three of these top diet and fitness guides were written by home personal trainers and certified nutritionist. I dug really deep into each program and I found my solution to my ever growing belly fat (lost 82 pounds by the way).

I got the complete package of diet and nutrition to an in home fitness exercise program that was so easy to follow for a lower price than the cost for just one month of a gym membership fee. I spent tons of money over the years on abs contraptions to fad diets to gym memberships back in the day.

Once I put aside everything I ever knew about weight loss and all the crazy tactics out there and I got real I discovered the truth. The diet industry wants us to think there is something magic out there and the next big thing could work for you. Well that just isn’t true.

If you are tired of trying the new fad diet and you are tired of wasting your money on gym memberships you will never use and you are ready to get real and lose the belly fat for good I highly suggest you find a complete diet and fitness package like I did.

Following an in home fitness program designed by a home personal trainer who also provides diet and nutrition guidance is the best way to go. Not only do you get the complete package you really get your moneys worth and like I said it is much cheaper this way and money well spent towards your reducing belly fat goal.

if you feel like your abs are hurting or in pain then that means the exercise is working even with a pillow down your back, if you dont feel it stretching then its affecting, if its affecting, try putting more than a towel on the floor, like 4 or 5, they shud ease the pain

thank you tammy. you are fantastic. if i do all of these exercises like 100 times everyday, would it be enough and how quick do you think i will progress?

I tried it and I found it to be great…if my goal was wasting money. The music is cheesy, the workouts are repetitive and it was just SO boring. Walking or running is way cheaper and the scenery is better if you're outside. If not, you can always watch tv while you do it lol. Your skepticism is right, go with your gut instinct.

Don't know, what you can do though is imagine all those Ts as Ls and see if it makes more sense that way. If it does then you probably have found a printing error. Congrats.

If you do different ab exercises it can bring your tummy down. But you really have to work at it to get the results.

All you need are dumbbells. Use light dumbbells to make the treadmill harder. You can also do high intensity interval training like that. Then with heavier dumbbells you can do a full body basic weight lifting routine a couple times a week to tone your muscles. Don't worry, you can't bulk up without steroids. You will gain some muscle, but you won't look big at all. It will also help you gain bone density and keep your joints healthy. This will help you avoid osteoperosis and stiff joints when you get older.

I do like elipticals. I do my intervals on those. You just switch between a high and low setting. Why not get get both. Adjustable dumbbells are cheap anyway.

I suggest an exercise bike, because you can work out at a high intensity on it while watching TV, it provides a good workout for your lower body, and you can find them at whatever price fits your budget. Another good choice would be an elliptical trainer, but these tend to be more expensive. You can set the incline and resistance on these to specifically target thighs or hip. Here is a good intro to choosing an elliptical trainer:

I wouldn't suggest a treadmill, because it would be hard to run on it unless you devote your full attention, and if you walk on it at a lower intensity, it probably won't help very much in toning your lower body.

when i do exercise#1, i feel pain in the very low part of my back ( just up my butt). Is it a normal result of the exercise? I try putting a pillow where my back is curved but then I don’t know whether really get the benefit from the exercise that way. Any advice?

The Total Gym is one. I think I've seen it advertised at Walmart or Kmart for a semi-reasonable price, at least it was less than what I paid for it. There is another called the Cross-bow by Weider that is very similar to the BowFlex at http://www.iconfitness.com/ this place sells all kinds of exercise equipment at a reasonable price.

I paid $600 for my treadmill, but I got mine at Dick's Sporting Goods. The only way to get good stuff cheap is to check out your local papers in the classifieds for anyone who is selling stuff.

Theres always muscle milk that has whey in it. My boyfriend uses it, he seems to like it.
Muscle Milk contains proteins & quality ingredients, and their ability is to help you build muscle. As far for dieting you should only steam your food and vegetables or boil. Drink alot of water. Stay away from greasy foods.
