Building Exercise Fitness Gyms at Home

There are many different ways to build exercise fitness gyms at home without spending a lot of money doing it.  Fitness can be achieved through exercise workouts at home with a minimal amount of equipment, often using common household furniture and materials to achieve certain workouts.  With the price of gym memberships skyrocketing, in addition to the popularity making them crowded and often not for the shy and beginner exerciser, creating an exercise fitness gym at home is a reasonable choice that can provide the workouts desired, accountability if needed, and variety in choices.

Choices

A traditional exercise fitness gym at home often had a weight set that was kept in the garage and a treadmill that was kept in some bedroom corner.  Each of these items alone can cost at least a gym membership for a year, five to six hundred dollars on average, and together are a significant investment that novice exercisers may not want to spend.  In addition, home gyms, while nice in that they provide many different exercises that can be done with a single machine, can cost anywhere from a year to six years of a gym membership to purchase, which can be a set-back to some individuals.

Since exercise programs, especially those that are done from fitness gyms at home, require some accountability.  One of the best ways to start is to find a friend who also wants to get on track with an exercise program is to agree on days to go on brisk walks or jogs.  This allows for accountability and companionship, which makes the time go more quickly while exercising and also makes it fun and more likely to be consistent.  In addition, these walks or jogs can be done in different areas for variety, as well as utilizing the option to participate in community fun runs or walks for different causes, giving extra incentive to train.  These cardio vascular programs do not require any equipment to be purchased to do this exercise fitness program at home, yet they provide a great workout to those who utilize it.

Another option for an exercise fitness gym at home is to buy a jump rope, light dumbbells, and an aerobics or yoga DVD.  There are many different exercises that can be done with these simple materials which only cost about fifty dollars, depending on the number of dumbbells purchased.  These activities can also be done with a friend, which also gives accountability to the strength portion of the workout plan.

Help answer the question about fitness gym

Running vs fitness gym, do they differ a lot ?
I am aiming for stamina, weight & fats reduction, correct blood pressure, and little bit of muscles, will running be sufficient so that a fitness gym becomes less necessary? Will appreciate if someone gives some ideas.
I do running on roads, in parks and occassionally off roads.

    I can’t believe this guys game to pick up girls sucked so bad he had to this. If he read the book “The mystery method” his life would be different. If he spent more time learning how to get chicks and working on changing his loser attitude instead of planning how to kill them jeez this would have never happened.     There's multiple fitness band companies and I've tried several options. The one I think is best was recommended by Matt Furey and is a very high quality product that is also very affordable starting at under $50 for the basic set of bands. What's great about these bands is you can start with the basic set and order additional bands as you increase in strenght or desire to add new variety of exercises.

    The progress ive made with my set of bands also has been incredible. I got into them thinking it was mainly good for rehabbing my shoulder from a backyard football injury but when I started training with them I realized I could use them for a complete body workout. Terrell Owens works out with them and that guy has one of the best physiques on the planet.

    Ive reduced my body fat from 14 to 7%, increased my bench press max by 60 lbs. and shredded my torso and arms. My girlfriend used them to work out her legs and calves and she is looking sexier than ever.

    However, the best part of my bodylastic bands has to be the flexibility to take them everywhere and anywhere. I am a consultant and consistently traveling so its awesome to be able to tuck them into my carry-on luggage and have access to a full gym no matter where I am. Good luck and Be Well

    The lower back tends to store a larger percentage of body fat than the upper back. So for the most part, people feel they have to "spot tone" their lower back when in actuality and loss of body fat will do wonders for this area. Besides extensions, there is very little you can do to "tone" this area which naturally develops on its own through the course of most weight training regimens. You don't need fancy equipment or machinery and you don't even need to be a member of a gym.

    You can do most of the following with an inexpensive sets of dumbells or elastic resistance which are both very affordable. Here's a great list of back exercises:

    If you are a beginner, I would highly recommend you receive at least some basic guidance from a professional before attempting any of the above.

    Cardio exercises without equipment that you can do indoor:

    1. Jumping rope (jsut need a jump rope)
    2. Swimming, in an indoor pool, that is
    3. Cardio kickboxing (after you've attended the class at the gym; can do this at home)
    4. Stair climbing
    5. Running/jogging in place in your room
    6. Cardio dancing

    Choose one you love and like, do 3-4 times per week, for at least 30 mins per session.

    For strength training, you can just use dumbbells to train all your major muscle groups, 3-4 times pwer week, for 20 mins per session.

    No dumbbells? You still can train without it. Books, filled cans, filled water bottles, your own body weight……

    if u want to be serious and enter competitions then your going to have to change your lifestyle. u are going to have to have ur life revolve around fitness. it sounds harder than it is so this is what u do. wake up and do cardio for about 30-45 minutes before anything else u do(running or swimming works best). doing cardio right when u wake up burns 300% more fat than doing it at any other time. now ur gonna want to try to eat 6 small meals spread throughout the day and drink 1-2 gallons of water per day-this will increase ur metabolism. Make sure ur eating healthy(no fast food, no pop, no candy, ect). now im not sure whats best for women when it comes to lifting but it shouldnt be much different from what men do. so going by that, u should lift one muscle group per day for example:
    Monday-chest bench, flies, dumbell bench, incline, decline
    tuesday-biceps curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, chin-ups
    wednesday- legs squats, leg press, lunges, leg curls, extensions
    thursday-shoulders,traps dumbell raises, military press, reverse flies, shrugs,
    friday-triceps pushdowns. dips, lying dumbell extensions
    sat and sun-off
    this schedule has worked for many many people but there are many more lifts than i just trew out there. u shouldnt have to worry about getting too muscular if u just lift light weights and only lift for about 45 minutes. u will need muscle if ur going to have a low body fat % though so just keep an eye on that. just remember that your diet is the most important thing ur going to need to worry about cuz everything else isnt that hard.

    cant always rely on mystery method, advertising gimmicks like that are nice in theory but they are not a instant fix with women, you cant be yourself when you are being mystery, its not a magic pill,and it doesnt work for everyone, dont be so naive!

    If you eat before exercise, ensure you leave at least two hours after your last bite, before doing anything.
    But you can sip water (sip only) up to and including your exercise period.
    If you gulp water or exercise within two hours you can end up with stomach cramp etc.
