LA Fitness in Perspective

Nowadays, many people, particularly those that have certain kinds of diseases, start exercising for the sole purpose of losing weight. When the pounds do not drop as quickly or as completely as they would like, they get discouraged and give up.

If you take away any message about exercise and certain illnesses, let it be this: Even if you do not lose weight, your investment in exercise is still paying off in reduced heart disease risk and better blood glucose control.

Moreover, exercise simply makes you feel better, both physically and mentally. Your energy level will rise and the endorphins released by your brain during exercise will boost your sense of well-being. The motivating factors here is that you should never give up before you really get started. You owe it to yourself to keep going.

Hence, many people have already realized the importance of employing physical fitness for the body.

Moreover, with the advent of the Internet, information regarding these fitness centers is gradually dominating the Internet. Take for example LA fitness. It has its web site readily available, 24-hours a day, to anyone who wish to get some information regarding physical fitness.

LA fitness is a conglomeration of different fitness centers in the United States.

Since its inception in 1984, LA fitness, as the sole owner of the different fitness clubs in the U.S., has continuously operated and managed the different sports clubs in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, California, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, Connecticut, Washington, and New Jersey.

It continues to grow and expand its territory as it plans to have 135 additional fitness centers and sports clubs in the country. It aimed to operate new techniques and services for their new markets.

Therefore, for people who wish to know why LA fitness always rings a bell, here are some of the reasons why it became as popular as it is today:

1. Commitment to service

The best thing about LA fitness is that its management and staff are committed to bring forth the kind of service that their clients deserve. They provide their clients with facilities that are totally way above the rest.

Best of all, they also modify and develop their existing fitness equipments in order to give their clients the needed satisfaction as far as physical fitness is concerned.

2. Fitness programs

Another best thing about LA fitness is that they continue to provide their customers with the right and appropriate fitness programs that would truly drive their clients to a healthier life.

They have incorporated the concepts of yoga, indoor cycling, aqua aerobics, mat pilates, and kickboxing among others. They have also employed the utilization of sports activities as part of their health and fitness programs.

With their sports fitness, they also have their own tournaments and leagues, which foster camaraderie and sportsmanship among their members.

In turn, these additional activities provide better alternatives to those who do not wish to be constrained on aerobic activities alone.

3. Revolutionary approach in aerobics

Like any fitness centers, LA fitness has its aerobic programs as the main attraction on their program. The only difference that LA fitness makes is that they focus on utilizing revolutionary approach to their aerobics programs. This, in turn, provides their clients with a better way of losing weight and maintaining a healthy, physically fit lifestyle.

Best of all LA fitness provides optimum customer satisfaction to their clients from the very start that they enter their clubs and centers.

Indeed, staying healthy and maintaining a physically fit body is possible in LA fitness clubs.

Help answer the question about la fitness

How much do Sales Counselors make at LA Fitness?
I am in the interview process with LA Fitness in Alpharetta Georgia and am curious about the pay for the Sales Counselor position I am applying for. I understand that it is commission based but want to get an idea of an "average" income per month for this position. A minimum range would really help. Is this job a good job? I have been online alot recently and have read some bad reviews.

its like $50 bucks up front & around $24 a month depending on what "program" you sign up for. They really want you to come in so they can hook you. I am a member & really like their gyms though. I have it set up that I can go to anyone I want.

You'll have to pay a registration fee and then pay monthly for as long as you want or as short as you want. If you print a try-the-gym-for-free pass from their website and bring it to the LA Fitness and act really interested in the gym they'll let you have one free workout day there and they will take your driver's license and keep it at the front desk until you're finished working out. Afterwords, they will try to give you a good deal so that you'll join the gym. It's usually about a $150 registration fee and then about $30 per month until you decide to quit. I heard that they raised their rates last month to $35 per month, but when they try to give you the good deal they'll tell you that for this one-time only you'll be able to pay $30 per month if you sign up today! You can quit your membership at any time whether it be 6 months or 6 years. Best of luck!

$39 monthly, with an initian fee that varies by state. In LA, it was $129.

Check and see if your company has a program with them. I now pay $20 a month.

  11. Angel_In_America says:

It's been a while but when i enrolled it was first and last plus a fee. it came to be like 129. or something like that. it's month to month and it's 29.99. I'm not sure now. But you should call and ask about the specials sometimes they have really good ones. Just give a fake phone number if you don't want them calling you every 10mins =)

    Can't be too much!

This sort of thing is really scary and people who act like that are studied by psychologists but hard to identify beforehand. All you can do is always be alert and not let anyone make you so fearful you can't live your life.

Don't watch the story on cable news where it will come up over and over and over. Nobody knows anything right now, so speculation is just that. Probably most of what is being said will turn out to be wrong or not helpful.

I don't even know what happened to the shooter. Just heard about number of weapons and blogs. Maybe someone will make some sense out of this.

Nobody can know why a man who can't get a date thinks there is any point in shooting random women. I think that this is more than simple pathology. it is also evil.

I Shat On U. are hilarious. ur voice i mean. but darn that guy is crazy.

  16. Steven Z says:

Although I live in IL, I can tell you that they are always running deals…I got in at $29.99/month before the gym ever opened…they claim the regular rate is $49.99 a month with a $250 initiation fee. Yet, I always see them running specials.

    It is co-ed.

Not sure what gyms you have there, but I find it's MUCH nicer than Ballys, but not as nice as Lifetime. I would like if they had a steam room and towel service.

If these are private companies as opposed to public companies, then their financials will be private.

If you have a friend that sells wholesale, they may be able to run a dun and bradstreet report on them.
