If you are looking for a new fitness routine, you may want to consider checking out personal fitness trainers. Personal fitness trainers are a good idea to help motivate you and keep you on track. Not only that, but they can make up a good exercise routine that is personalized just for you and your fitness goals and needs. Besides this, these trainers can help you in some other areas as well.
Of course the main job of these trainers is to keep you on track with your workout routine. This is great for those who are not very disciplined when it comes to this aspect of staying in shape. It is also great to have positive motivation no matter what. They sometimes use pushy techniques to get you there, but this may be what some people need to really stay on track.
Besides keeping you on track with your workout, personal fitness trainers will show you how to eat properly. They will show you some healthy alternatives to other foods that you may want to eat. They can also show you how to prepare some of these dishes. Not only will they show you how to eat healthy and properly, but they can show you the correct size proportions to eat. Because it isn’t just eating right, but eating the right amounts that will make a difference. They will also know what kinds of food and serving sizes will work with your fitness routine, in order to maximize your weight loss.
The first thing to do when you begin looking at personal fitness trainers is to get advice from your doctor. They can not only give you advice but also refer you to ones that may be right for you. Local fitness centers can also give you some referrals as well. Asking your friends isn’t a bad idea either. Once you find a few that you may like, taking the time to interview them thoroughly. Let them know what your fitness goals are and ask them what they would do to help you. Be very specific with them, in order that they have all the details to choose from. Go over every aspect of their plans afterwards and compare them side-by-side. This will help you pick the one that you believe will meet your needs the closest or best. Another thing to check out when it comes to choosing among personal fitness trainers is the times that they are available. This is very important when coinciding with the times you are available. You want to make sure that you are meeting with them at least a couple times a week.
As you can see, choosing personal fitness trainers will take a little research and time. But in the end, if you desire good motivation and a healthier lifestyle, it just may be the option for you. Once you find one and see how well they work out, you’ll be glad you took the time.

Physical exercises are no less useful and efficient, than medicines. Unfortunately, doctors, prescribing
receipts with pills, liniments and other chemical medicaments to their patients, seldom recommend them
physical exercises, as an excellent medicinal and preventive remedy. We are absolutely aware of benefits of
regular physical exercising, but quite often we are so lazy, avoiding fitness-clubs and limiting ourselves
with a spring-board in our room…..

There are quite a few gyms propping up all over Dubai imo.
However, i dont know if any of them are currently recruiting.
But what you could do is upload your resume, stating your qualifications, on a few of dubai's job sites under the fitness category and see if employers contact you with relevant personal training jobs.
I know http://www.dubaijobspot.com has a fitness section to upload your resume.
Good Luck!!
does it really work?
wow i need to start this thx 4 putting this up
That is very variable.
K. I will address the diet first. Stay on the low end of the "gylcemic index" This is how fast the sugar gets absorbed into you blood stream. Stay away from starch like white rice, bread, potatoes. You need to consume about 70kg of protein per day for your weight. You need to jump start your metabolism. Try treadmill or eliptical. Fast walk followed by several short bursts of runs for about 30 minutes not including a warm up of 15 minutes. You should work out about 5 times a week and watch how much exercise you do as you may overtrain and begin storing fat. Good luck.
Yes, they do have personal trainers…don't know the details though. But I do remember them saying something about them.
It is not required that you have a degree in anything to be a fitness trainer, but you do have to undergo certification.
To be a good/great trainer, I think going the route you are (getting your degree in kinesiology) will only boost your career and make you more profitable and promotable. It will increase your knowledge of the human body and proper functions.
Good luck.
If youre a member of a gym then go along and speak to the people there – they will help you come up with a routine that is perfect for your shape/weight and that will be most effective at burning fat from the areas you want to loose it. Following a routine you've found online probably wont have the same effect.
They're really nice and very helpful, don't be afraid to speak to them – its what theyre there for!
If you still want to use an online routine, try some of these:

Good Luck xo
Its not like usual abs workout.I really loved it doing.
Thanks Tammy.
There are a ton of certifications out there. Choose carefully. Alot of them are a complete waste of money. Try to find a certification that is accredited by a third party such as NCCA/NOCA or IACET. This is really the only way to sort out the good from the bad unless you are very familiar with the industry. Personally, with having been in the fitness industry for a little while now – I believe the best certification company is IFPA. http://www.ifpa-fitness.com. They certify people not just all over the U.S. but the world. I have had nothing but excellent stuff to say about the guys at IFPA.. Their next fitness conference is overseas in Bali. Lookin forward to it.
Hope this info helps-Good Luck to you
