Like any item or product, the quality is sometimes measured and determined through the certification that goes with it. Hence, before you choose your fitness trainer, it is important to verify if the trainer is duly certified by a highly regarded fitness association.

It is also best to choose a trainer that has a CPR certification or first aid qualifications.

2. Education/Trainings

Be sure to choose a fitness trainer who had acquired an adequate training and education as far as health and physical fitness is concerned.

Even though it is not necessary, trainers who have acquired education connected with health or any other related field will definitely have an edge over the others.

3. Knows how to give the right attention

A good fitness trainer should know how to provide his or her client an undivided attention whenever their session is going on. In this way, the trainer will be able to focus more on the details that needs attention and immediate considerations.

4. Knows how to track development

It is best to choose a fitness trainer that knows how to track his or her client’s progress as far as fitness is concerned.

In this way, the trainer will be able to generate new activities and trainings designated for a particular result of the client.

5. Good Personality

Since you will be dealing most with your fitness trainer, it is best if you will look for somebody with a pleasing personality, somebody whom you can be comfortable. It is best to hire the services of somebody whom you can easily get along with.

Boiled down, the services of a fitness center and the contributions it can give you while working out on those belly fats, are, indeed, one of the best help that you can get from a professional person who knows what he is doing.

Hence, it is best to choose the best person who can give you the best services that you need so that you will never get bored again.

Help answer the question about fitness trainer

what are the requirments to become a fitness trainer in the gym?
im a senior in high school and i would like to know what the requirements are for getting a job as a fitness trainer in a gym. ive taken many aerobics classes in highschool and also a sports medicine class. what else do i need?

    I used to work as a personal trainer and I would say what you want is someone who will consistently willing to push you to do a little more (about 15-20% more: five more minutes, two extra reps) than what you would do yourself.-> Not a lot more, if working out feels like torture it is difficult for you to make it a consistent habit.

    He or she should lay out a program for you that includes cardio, flexibility, free weights and machines.

    He or she should be very sensitive also to any preexisting injuries or health conditions that you may have, and should take time to instruct you on the proper form so as to protect your joints (i.e., not going too deep in the bench press, having your feet far enough forward in the leg press, etc.)

    You can also check to see through which group they are accredited, one good one is ACE, ask them if their certification involved in-person instruction and evaluation or if it was solely self-study (aka correspondence course) the former is obviously more desireable, some trainers hold bachellor's degrees in exercise science or physiology.

    What they pay depends on what is in the computer program they use, Its based on brand and condition and its a set price. You have to take it to the store yourself but they will help you take it in.
    I'm sure you could go there and ask them about the price before you take it up there since it is a set price they pay they can give you a pretty good estimate, of course it could change when they see it depending on the condition.
    From my own experience selling it on craigslist or something similar will get you more money but its a lot easier to just take it and sell it to them.

    For something like Psychology, you need to know some math, but not to the extent that you need it for the natural sciences. Are you really bad at math in general or just at certain kinds? I applied to Cornell as well, but I just couldn't see myself living in Ithaca for four years or more, depending on what I chose. Hopefully, you'll be accepted and enjoy your experience there. One of the first things I would do would be to speak with an academic advisor about your interests and your qualifications. Hope this helps!

    Many trainers will get certified at several different companies to make their resumes look better. Also, some gyms have their own certification system (such as 24hr Fitness), and it won't matter where else you were certified.

    Start your degree, and look for courses within your program that will help you explore fields like kinesiology, nutrition, and law enforcement. Talk to your academic advisors and to the career services office about your interests, and take their advice about how else to explore your interests and move towards qualifications. Personal trainers often have a degree in a related field.

    Personal trainers, firefighters, and police officers all need to be fit themselves, and to be capable of delivering first aid, so those are valuable things for you to start working on right away. You might also want to look for part-time work or volunteer positions in your college's gym and recreational sports program, or in campus security or walkhome service.

    Definitely an elliptical trainer, they work out out harder than a stationary bike and you can burn more calories but they are better for your knees and easier for people who are new to working out than a treadmill. Elliptical machines are great ways to work out
