What does a health fitness specialist do?
I'm researching different types of professions that go with my B.S. in Exercise Science. So far, I see the same labels.. risk stratification, exercise prescription etc. So I'm asking: what does a health fitness specialist really do?

    I drink soy milk because it not only tastes better, but dosnt give me sore tummy.And I love my whey shakes, i now have them with strawberrys omg there soooo good!
    Im vegetarian so i can eat dairy if i choose

    It’s great that you exercise and eat so healthy, which is obviously something we all need to do but, if you are 5′5 and weight 100 lbs you are wayyyyyy under what you should weigh. For someone who is 5 ft or under, 100 lbs would be more healthy. But..I’m glad you are healthy anyway.
