<p> Golf fitness training and golf exercises can assist in increasing the distance of your tee shots. An integral component of tee shots especially those hit with your driver is clubhead speed. Clubhead speed is essentially the rate of speed at which the club impacts the golf ball. The higher rate of speed, the farther the golf ball will travel. So it only makes sense when hitting driver, clubhead speed becomes an integral component of the game.</p>

<p>Increasing clubhead speed basically hinges upon two factors; factor number one is your swing mechanics and secondly is your body. The more efficient you become with your swing mechanics, the greater amount of energy you will be able to translate into the club head. And the more powerful the muscles of your body become the larger amount of power you will be able to create. It is the integration of these two components that will allow you to increase the clubhead speed of your tee shots.</p>
<p>Golf fitness training assists with the second category of these components, your body. Keep in mind it is the muscles of your body executing the mechanics of the golf swing. And when it comes to clubhead speed, if the muscles of your body are more powerful, they will be able output higher levels of clubhead speed within the confines of the golf swing.</p>
<p>Power, which is defined as the ability of your muscles to output the greatest amount of force in a short amount of time can be improved with a specific type of golf fitness training. This type of exercises will improve the ability of your muscles to develop force in a short amount of time through the movement patterns of the golf swing.</p>
<p>In order to achieve this outcome we must utilize power training exercises placing your body in the anatomical positions of the swing, and ones which are rotational in terms of movement. This will develop the power component of your muscles specifically to the requirements of the golf swing.</p>

<p> What does it mean to live a health fitness lifestyle? Generally it means you eat healthily, you engage in a moderate exercise program, you don&#8217;t smoke, you limit alcohol consumption, and you maintain a normal weight. Sounds simple, doesn&#8217;t it? Not really? For most people, trying to balance an active lifestyle with a healthful lifestyle may seem impossible due to time constraints, job and family commitments or just simply lack of motivation. Maint<span id="more-72"></span>aining your health does not mean living miserably.</p>
<p>Eating right does not have to be a chore. Simple changes you can make while on your next visit to the grocery store can get you on the right path to eating better. Small substitutions like eating more fruit and veggies and eating less refined and processed foods over time saves calories and adds nutrients to your diet. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t force yourself to shelve your entire diet and start with something restrictive. Feeling deprived leads to failure. Go slow and enjoy each new item you add to your diet.</p>

Regulating your diet and adding health fitness weekly can help stabilize your weight.</p>

<p> Most people understand that exercise is important for their overall health and well-being. However, many complain that they just don&#8217;t have enough time in their schedule for exercise. With the fast paced lives that most of us lead, it&#8217;s understandable that most of us are time starved and without the proper time for exercise.</p>
<p>However, exercise is essential to our health, so it is important to understand that even a brief amount of e<span id="more-29"></span>xercise performed on a regular basis can go a long way to improve your life.</p>
<p>10-15 minutes of exercise performed 3-4 times a week will do a lot to improve every aspect of your physical health. No special equipment or props are needed. In fact, a number of exercises can be done in the morning while you are still in your pajamas. Some routines may be so easy that you may be tempted to think that they are not doing much good as all. However, if performed properly on a consistent basis, 10 minutes of exercise can get you in shape.</p>
<p>Here are a few exercises that you can do in just 10 minutes to improve your total fitness health.</p>
<p>1 Minute Back Stretch</p>
<p>- Sit with your legs straight out in front of you and your back straight.<br />
- Place your right palm flat on the floor behind you as you twist your head and shoulders so that you are looking over your right shoulder.<br />
- Make sure that you keep both buttocks flat on the floor.<br />
- Hold for 15 then do the other side.</p>
<p>Repeat twice.</p>
<p>1 Minute Back Scratcher</p>
<p>- Sit with your legs stretched out in front of you and your back straight.<br />
- Stretch your right arm and bend it at the elbow as if you are going to scratch your back between your shoulder blades.<br />
- Reach your left arm behind your back to touch or hold the fingers of your right hand.<br />
- Hold this position for 30 seconds.<br />
- Repeat on the other side.</p>

<p>- Lie flat on the floor on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.<br />
- Place your palms on your hips and run them up to your knees, pulling yourself up by your stomach muscles.<br />
- Do as many of these sit ups as you can in 2 minutes.</p>
<p>5 Minutes of Step Ups</p>
<p>- Find a step of about 6-8 inches of height. Step up with your left foot.<br />
- Raise your right foot to join it.<br />
- Take your left foot off of the step and then your right foot to join it.</p>
<p>Repeat For 5 Minutes</p>
<p>1 Minute of Press Ups</p>
<p>- Lie on your stomach.<br />
- Bend your arms at the elbows and place both hands flat on the floor with your thumbs at shoulder level.<br />
- Keep your toes flexed and on the floor.<br />
- Push on your palms to raise your upper body.<br />
- Your back and shoulders should be flat and your buttocks should not be sticking up.<br />
- Fully extend your arms but do not lock them.<br />
- Now slowly lower your body back on to the ground and repeat as many times as your can in 1 minute.</p>
<p>Congratulations! You have just completed 10 minutes of exercise that did a lot to increase your cardio-fitness, helped to maintain the strength in your arms, shoulders and legs, and increased the flexibility in your joints. If you don&#8217;t have a lot of time to work out, try performing these exercises for 10 minutes 3-4 times per week, and you will see and feel a great difference.</p>

<p> If your are fitness buff that drives everyone around them crazy with there endless chatter about fitness then now would be a good time to consider becoming a fitness trainer.  Here&#8217;s how to do just that.</p>
<p>1.  Do you have what it takes?  As a fitness trainer there are plenty of skills you need besides enthusiasm.  You need to be able analyze situations, be patient, be persistent but nurturing, be organized, be a good listener, and be a<span id="more-199"></span> good motivator.  You need to love to work with people of all ages and all backgrounds that share the common goal of wanting to become fit.  And of course you should practice what you preach and be fully involved in fitness and a healthy lifestyle.</p>
<p>2.  Get Certified &#8211; There are all kinds of fitness certification programs that you can branch into.  It also depends where you want to work.  The common fitness trainer certifications are ISSA, NEPT, NCSF, ACSM, and ACE.  Length of program for each certification varies.</p>
<p>3.  Specialize &#8211; There is no requirement for to specialize however when you do you open up other employment opportunities.  You can also charge more when you have specialized.  You can decide to take it right away when you get certified as a fitness trainer or you can go back and get it later.</p>
<p>4.  Work It At The Club &#8211; Grab your telephone book and have a look at clubs that are listed in the area you are willing to work. Then contact them to see if they are looking for a fitness trainer.  If they indicate they might be then it&#8217; a good idea to go drop off a resume. </p>
<p>5.  Open Up Your Own Fitness Trainer Service &#8211; When you run your own business you get back what you put into it.  You&#8217;ll need to check with your local area to see what type of licensing you require.</p>
<p>6.  Sell Yourself &#8211; Once you get your business set up and running then it&#8217;s time to get out there and market your business and in order to market your business you need to first sell yourself.  If you aren&#8217;t sure how to do this have a look online about marketing your business.</p>
<p>7.  Continuing Education &#8211; Leaves you with refreshed with new skills and very smart accomplishments that will certainly help you keep the job you have or get a new one.</p>
<p>Become Indispensable &#8211; When you finally land that job make sure that you become indispensable to the person who has hired you.  Be better than the rest.  When your client feels they can&#8217;t live without your help you&#8217;ve got yourself a long term client. </p>
<p>Being a fitness trainer will be very rewarding.  You&#8217;ve got all thee excellent skills that you can use to help others become fit, loose weight, tone up, and just become more comfortable with their body&#8217;s. </p>
<p>As a fitness trainer you have the training and knowledge to help someone rethink their position on fitness.  You can give them the fitness bug with all your enthusiasm.  If you have special interests in fitness why not share it with others?</p>
